Mr Rodolfo Kramer MBA, Eng, is a seasoned professional with 19 years of experience in the oil & gas industry and projects. He has an extensive track record of managing large EPC projects, as well as managing large refinery inspection, reliability and maintenance teams. He is currently the CEO of Conuar. Prior to this position, he worked in the development of a gas company (formed by YPF and Petronas) and was also DW asset management manager for YPF, where he oversaw the areas of integrity, maintenance, supply chain, plant shutdowns, fabrication and reliability for three refineries in Argentina.
Rodolfo has a deep knowledge of materials, fabrication and quality, as he was responsible for the quality and timing of equipment and material purchases for YPF worldwide, and prior to this he worked at Shell with the implementation of quality, design and fabrication, facility and equipment programs.
Since 2020, Rodolfo has been a mentor for startups in the Netherlands and for more than 10 years he was a professor of Materials Science at university and a member of the global asset management association (TheIAM) and was chairman of the asset management committee of the IAPG (Instituto Argentino de Gas y Petroleo).
